Honda 7.70 vs. 7.60 & Idle Learn PID

    Why does the latest Honda 7.70 update (dated 2016) break the Idle Learn PID?  With 7.60 the Idle Learn data PID in the PCM menu works as it's supposed to.  It either says Completed or Incomplete.  With 7.70 the PID says N/A no matter what.
